RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in sellable condition.
Items may be opened, tried on indoors, or briefly tested, as long as there are no signs of use.
The original packaging must be included.
Product tags must still be attached.
All returns must be approved before being shipped. Return shipments sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Approval and Return Address
Due to the use of multiple fulfillment and warehouse partners, the return address may vary on a case-by-case basis.
The return address will only be provided after the return has been approved.
Customers must contact support@maisonaurelle.com to request return approval.
Return Costs
Responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:
Defective or incorrect items:
Return shipping will be covered by Maison Aurelle.
Exchange or refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refusal upon delivery:
A $20 handling fee will be applied when the item is returned to our warehouse.
Refund vs. Store Credit
Returns due to change of mind will be refunded to the original payment method after inspection.
Damaged items are only eligible for store credit unless Maison Aurelle decides otherwise.
Refunds do not include original shipping costs.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Damage or incorrect delivery must be reported within 24 hours after delivery. In special cases, this period may be extended to 48 hours.
Required documentation:
Photo documentation is mandatory.
Video documentation is preferred.
The resolution, including exchange, partial refund, or store credit, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the severity of the issue.
