SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays.

Once the order has been shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and warehouse location.

The typical delivery time is approximately 5–12 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary due to external factors.

Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, busy periods such as Black Friday, carrier disruptions, or customs processing.

Maison Aurelle will provide information about known delays when relevant. Shipping delays do not automatically entitle customers to a refund.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered,” but the customer has not received the package, the customer must complete a proof of delivery or missing delivery form and cooperate with the carrier’s investigation before a resolution can be offered.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Maison Aurelle is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
